At Hytec Horticulture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your indoor gardening equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for most unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack Your Items

    Carefully place the unused product in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and power cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned horticulture equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
